ProMed Logistics is the premier last mile courier operating throughout the Midwest. We operate in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri, and while we are based in these 4 states, we have couriers who have covered the entire continental US.
Our primary focus is medical delivery. The medical field is ever-changing and fast-paced. A medical courier with skilled, highly trained personnel is a major key to ensuring the safety and privacy of patients/customers while eliminating risk factors and high costs. At ProMed, we pride ourselves on the skill and professionalism of our drivers, dispatchers, managers, and systems, so that you can leave your transportation logistics to the experts.

SPEED
Our dispatchers are logistic experts routing cargo the best possible way to save time and money, but most importantly to meet the needs of patients/customers. Our drivers save lives. They know deadlines are not arbitrary and that deadlines may mean life or death for a patient. With laser focus and fantastic organizational skill, our drivers meet those deadlines.
ACCURACY
Accurate healthcare transport relies on attention to detail, which is why we prioritize getting every detail right, every time. Our managers and dispatchers communicate with our customers to ensure we always have accurate information.
COMMUNICATION
Our drivers have an open line of communication with our 24/7 dispatch team. If they see a problem, it is communicated immediately. ProMed communicates with customers through our dispatch team, our managers, and our top-of-the-line courier software with solutions to problems, operational updates, POD (proof of delivery), and all other necessary information.
